You may return most items within 15 days of purchase for a refund of the merchandise for items purchased, except for merchandise purchased betwewen October 15th and October 31st. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do NOT include shipping and handling charges. If an order received free shipping at checkout, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the cost of the returned merchandise before refunding. Item must be returned with a traceable method, such as Delivery Confirmation, to assure that we receive the package.  We cannot distribute a refund if we have not received the package or you are unable to submit a copy of the Delivery Confirmation.  We cannot accept returned items in previously sealed packages or items that have been worn, used or altered.

Due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept returns or give refunds for items during the month of October, unless your item arrives broken or defective.  If you decide to purchase an item during Halloween season, please note that all sales are final.  All costumes should have sizes indicated, but if you have any concerns, please contact us prior to purchase with any questions about sizes or dimensions.
