Return Process

You may return most items within 15 days of purchase for a refund of the merchandise for items purchased from November through September. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do NOT include shipping and handling charges. Item must be returned with a traceable method, such as Delivery Confirmation, to assure that we receive the package.  We cannot distribute a refund if we have not received the package or you are unable to submit a copy of the Delivery Confirmation.  We cannot accept returned items in previously sealed packages or items that have been worn, used or altered.

Due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept returns or give refunds for items during the month of October, unless your item arrives broken or defective.  If you decide to purchase an item during Halloween season, please note that all sales are final.  All costumes should have sizes indicated, but if you have any concerns, please contact us prior to purchase with any questions about sizes or dimensions.

Exchanges may be possible throughout the year, but availability may be low, so please contact us first.  If the purchase was made during the month of October and we do not have an exchange available, we will be unable to accept the return of the item.  If an exchange is possible, items must be returned in original packaging in like-new condition.  Once again, purchaser is responsible for all shipping fees, including the costs for returning the original item with Delivery Confirmation and for the shipment of the new item.

Returning an Item

  • Please e-mail us at sales@grimreapers.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • Items must be received in new and unused condition and not missing any items (including the original packaging).
  • Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited.
  • Items must be received in the original unopened and factory sealed package. (Please look at item carefully before opening the factory sealed packaging.)
